Matthew Scott Whipps obituary
Born January 1, 1982 Died September 23, 2011. His parents were Scotty Joe Rollins and Teresa Jean Whipps. Matt is survived by his wife Luanda Marje Whipps and their four children Jazmyne, Jacob, Scotty, and Michael Whipps, his sister Tamera Rollins and brother David Daidrup. This is heart breaking. Myself, my husband, and my first daughter moved to Lander, Wyoming in 2009 and for a year Matt & Lucy were our only friends there. They were pretty much our best friends while we were there. This actually brought me to tears! How did he die? How is Lucy? How are the kids? I’ve got a bazillion questions and i really hope she’s okay, as much as she can be.
