Unfortunatly this of the cost of deployment. Having struggled with PTSD for what is turning into decades, I have an insite. Military culture has frowned upon seeking help, it can be viewed as a sighn of weakness. Deployment is a whole different world that the average person cannot grasp, the servicemember can completly change. I know I would rather be alone and work in the oil field. My prayers go out to the Kastner family for their sacrafice. Lee

Wolves have decimated elk herds, cattle herds, flocks of sheep due to their need to kill but not for food. Yellowstone was supposedly to support 300 wolves, there are now around 1700 and the stupid government is spending undisclosed amounts of money to train the “rancher, the beef stock and the wolf” to co-exist. They have even gone so far as to put battery pack on the vulnerable calf, and a shock collar on the wolf. When they get close the wolf gets shocked. Amazing ingenuity, no?
Wolves kill but do not eat, good for those down the line as scavengers, but terrible for the herds and flocks and pets. In Alaska the wolves have killed at least one woman and many pet dogs.
Intelligent control is desperately needed both of the wolf and the government.

Pretty pathetic, they should have killed the wolf!!!!!! It’s to bad we can’t put all the people who think wolves are great in yellowstone and let the wolves have at it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
